Can I return a purchased product?

Yes. You have 14 days to do so.

How to find the product you are looking for in our shop?

Use the category menu and select the section you are interested in. You can also use the search engine by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top bar.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes, prices include VAT.

How to add a product to the shopping cart?

Click the “Add to cart” button on the product card. Beforehand, you also need to select the right size of the chosen product.

I have products in my shopping cart, how do I order them?

Follow the next steps in the shopping cart by filling in the required fields. Choose the delivery and payment method and, if everything checks out, complete the purchase.

Can my order be sent to another address?

Yes. You must select the other delivery address option on the order form and provide address details.

Is my registration/payment data secure?

Yes. We use the right data protection and secure payment mechanisms in our shop.

Why did I get a message after placing an order that the product I ordered was not available?

Stock levels are continuously monitored and updated, but it may happen that 2 users shop at the same time for the last items in stock. In this situation, you will receive a notice of unavailability and a refund.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use the payment methods appropriate to your country, which are displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order. It is possible to pay for your order by bank transfer or PayPal, among others.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost depends on the amount of the order and the payment method. You can check it in the Shipping cost tab.

How can I check the status of my order and when will I know that my order has been dispatched?

You can check this in your Order History after logging into your account or in the emails we send you after each change in order status.

Is self-pickup possible?

YES. At the headquarters of PPHU Tespol in Konstantynów Łódzki at ul. Łódzka 27.

How long will it take to process my order?

The shop's lead time includes the time taken to prepare the parcel, to which must be added the time taken for the courier to deliver the parcel.

Can an order that has been accepted be cancelled?

Yes. If the package has not been dispatched, simply call us or e-mail us and give us the number of the order you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the package at your own expense. We will make a refund within 14 business days.

Why register at our shop?

Registered customers are the first to know about promotions or new products. Placing an order and tracking order history is also easier.

What does it mean that I consent to my personal data being included in PPHU Tespol's database?

This is notification clause making you aware that the personal data stored in the PPHU Tespol database is processed exclusively for the needs of our company and will not be made available to other entities.

Can I return the goods if they do not meet my expectations?

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
