    Return policy

    You have 14 days to return a product!


    If, for some reason, the product does not meet your expectations, it is possible to return it within 14 days. However please remember that the goods returned must be unused, in perfect condition with the original tags and delivered with the original purchase receipt.

    How should I return the product?

    The easiest way to return a product is to use the Form of Return that was included in the order. Just fill in the form and send it together with the purchased products and receipt to the following address:

    If you do not have the Form of Return, please write an e-mail to us on the following e-mail address: kontakt@monacollection.pl and we will send it to you.

    Please bear in mind that we do not refund the shipment of returned goods and the Customer sends the parcel at his own expense. The shop does not accept any parcels sent by cash on delivery.
